Unterwelten und Madame Tussaud's

Today we went to an underground air raid shelter used during the second World War. It is not a bunker because it was never bomb proofed as the Nazis did not strengthen the roof which is only 80cm thick, a bunker has to have a roof of at least 3 meters. We saw many rooms including a work room where glow in the dark paint was used to light up the room during power cuts. Mitchell was used in the demonstration and when the guide flashed an incredibly bright light (we had our eyes closed) towards Mitchell the paint lit up and left his silhouette posing. Many belongings have been found with the bodies of soldiers during the war such as guns, helmets and pictures some of which are on display underground.
Later in the day we went around Madame Tussaud's which is a wax museum. The wax figures are incredibly life like and most of us mistook figures for real people a few times.
A few highlights were Barack Obama, George Clooney, The Queen, Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise and Frau Zimmer's favourite Manuel Neuer.
